• Production begins after the Client approves the design or proof. Once approved, errors originating from the approved material are the Client's responsibility.

6. Production Timeline

The estimated production time is stated in the quotation and counted from the receipt of the initial payment, complete materials, and design approval. The timeline may change if the Client is late in providing materials or approval, if the order is modified, or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, material availability, or shipping disruptions.

7. Delivery and Installation

• Delivery and installation are carried out as agreed. Costs and schedules are stated in the quotation.
• For installation, the Client is responsible for providing site access, a safe site condition, and installation permits from the relevant authorities or site management, including advertising permits where required.
• The risk of loss passes to the Client once the goods are received or the work is handed over.

8. Revisions, Complaints, and Warranty
